This detached villa with private swimming pool is located on a hill in Loulé, about 20 km from Faro airport, in the outback of the Algarve. The comfortable split-level villa is tastefully decorated with Portuguese elements (like a tile floor). Enjoy the fenced garden (7000m2) with a terrace and sun beds, and take a refreshing dive in the pool. The covered barbecue space with dining area invites you to have an outdoor dinner with friends and family. If you don’t feel like cooking, you can use (on request, against payment) the catering service. At night the villa and pool are lit, offering you a great ambiance to enjoy the peace and quiet, and the fabulous view. From the various terraces and balconies, you can enjoy the lovely scenery. Due to the many stairs and level differences the villa isn’t suitable for disabled people and families with little children. Loulé with it’s picturesque centre with supermarket, restaurants and bars is at 2km distance. Beach lovers will feel at home here, the nearest beach is only a 15 minute drive away. Exciting hikes can be made in the surrounding area, which is also suitable for mountain bikers. The golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, with their beautiful beaches, boulevards and restaurants are 15 minutes by car, and the pleasant city of Albufeira is at a 20 minute distance. Casa Rita is the perfect place to start your journey in the Algarve!
