Two wonderful holiday homes, situated in Casa Nova, the centre of the Algarve. The village is located south of Sao Bartolomeu de Messines (8km.), approx. 13km above the famous spa Albufeira. You can do shopping within 600m in the place Benaciate. It is wonderfully peaceful here, in the middle of a nature area, between the orange and olive trees. The sea and the beach (Armacao de Pera) are located within approx. 17km. The place Carvoeiro is located within approx. 20/25km. The Quinta consist of an accommodation with two apartments next to it, a big enclosed garden with barbeque and a swimming pool (14x5m.Swimming pool is open all year round) with terrace and sunbathing area. The apartment is comfortable and has its own terrace with chairs. In Portugal, but especially in the Algarve, are big contrasts. Just outside the big cities, you can get to know the locals and wander back into 100 years in time. In the surrounding there is always much to do and to discover: tourist spas with outgoing possibilities, old fishermans villages, (gypsy) markets, old crafts industries, restaurants (from simple Portuguese to luxury foreigners), historic places of interest from the time of the Moires and the Monchique mountain chains with healing sources. To see something of the beautiful surrounding a car is recommended.
