The small village Casa Nova is situated south of São Bartolomeu de Messines (8km away), about 13km north of Albufeira. Groceries can be bought 600m further, in the small town of Benaciate. A beautiful location, calm, at the heart of a nature park, amongst orange and olive trees. The sea and the beach (Armação de Pera) are about 17km away. The city of Carvoeiro, finally, is 20-25 km from there.
