Detached villa with private swimming pool in Sanguedo on the Silver Coast in Portugal. This design villa has modern furnishings and is provided with all comforts. The villa has a small garden which is tiered due to the severe slope. During the summer months you can take a refreshing dip in the pool. During the winter months you can watch a film in front of the open fireplace in the living room. Because of the steps in the villa, the various levels in and around the home, the villa is not suitable for disabled persons and families with very small children. The centre of Sanguedo is approx 0.5 km away. You will find a baker, a butcher, a pharmacy and some restaurants within a short distance of the villa. The resort of Espinho is located only 10 minutes drive away. Through the favourable location of the villa, the cities of Porto (20 km), Vila Nova de Gaia (15 km), Coimbra (106 km) and Aveiro (64 km) are within easy reach, both by car and with the public transport.
