The cave house consists of two case houses (of 130m2 each) and is situated at the headwaters of the River Fardes, 1000m above sea level and the area boasts a large number of springs with guaranteed pure air and water. The dwelling is entirely hand constructed, dug out of the rock by hand more than 80 years ago with a technique that is no longer used, giving the property its unique character. It is situated in a prime location and is a far cry from other over crowded types of housing. It is naturally bioclimatic with a constant indoor temperature of 18C all the year round.
