The charming holiday home is located on the first floor with a separate entrance via its exterior stair. You have direct access to the large and covered panoramic south facing terrace and to the wonderful garden. Fantastic and typically Bavarian pubs offer very good food. In the immediate vicinity you will find: Tennis court (1 km), 18 hole golf course (8 km), Pony rides (6 km), fishing (1 km). Cycling and footpaths from the house. In the winter, the Hohe Bogen and the Groβe Arber offer a paradise for winter sports lovers. It is only 7 km to the border with the Czech Republic (Furth im Wald). The nearest bathing lake is only 10 minutes drive away. It is approx. 40 minutes in the car to the Groβen Arber.
