It offers direct access to many beautiful walking routes, including the highly recommended path to the Riedelsbacher Stausee. There you can go fishing, rowing and, in good weather, swimming. In winter there is a langlaufen (cross country ski) run only 100 meters from the house and a toboggan run just by the house. Ski facilities are only 8 km away in the Austrian ski area of Hochficht with many red and blue ski runs. Its a perfect family area. The garden has garden furniture, table tennis and a barbecue. If the weather is not so good, there is a recreation area with a billiard table. This is an attractive detached house, for your sole use, suitable for all seasons.
