Just three hours drive from Paris and to the west of Vichy, you will find the town of Saint Germain de Salles. Situated in the Auvergne, on the river La Sioule. Auvergne with it's extensive woodlands, hights and extinct volcano is rich with breathtaking scenery. At Saint Germain de Salles in the middle of all of this natural beauty you will find the wonderful country estate Domaine les Gandins. From this old six person farmhouse, Le Fleurie, you have beautiful views over the pastures. Several animals can be found on the groundss of Domaine les Gandins including sheep, Charrolais cattle, chicken and a horse. The river La Sioule is suitable for swimming, canoeing, fishing or just laying on the river banks reading a book. If required there are table d'hotes meals avaiable in the evening.
