A calm and relaxing location, not overlooked, but semi-detached with another cottage (FR-33113-01). South facing and very pleasant in spring and autumn. You can relax or take your meals on the pleasant south facing terrace in between seasons. From your residence, you can easily access a number of leisure activities, in particular the Hostens holiday park and its lake about 15 kilometres away: swimming, games for children, various organized events, fishing, 6 km mountain bike track, walks on-site, many forest paths. The passage of migratory birds in the autumn is also a particularly interesting attraction (doves, thrushes, etc.), and you can enjoy this unique spectacle here in natural surroundings. Lets not forget how close we are to the vineyards of Bordeaux, Sauternes, Saint Emilion, and Graves, ... and the sea (about 1 hour by car), the Atlantic coast, Pyla dunes, Arcachon basin, Teich bird reserve, etc.
