You have access to garden furniture, a barbeque, an authentic pizza oven, covered terrace and a garage for one car. In the garage is an open kitchen in where you can prepare your meals if you eat outside on hot days. You will occupy this house entirely by yourself. A trout pond lies at the beginning of the path towards the house and one can fish in here for a fee on site, the local population fish a lot here.
